Douglas J. Hillman

President and CEO

Age: 56
Mr. Hillman joined Aerosonic in April 2008 having held various executive and management positions within the aerospace industry for over 25 years. He previously worked at Kearfott Guidance & Navigation Corporation, where he served as Vice President/General Manager since 2005. His prior experience includes Chief Operating Officer of Bird Technologies Group and numerous management positions of increasing responsibility at Moog Inc. Mr. Hillman received MBA and Engineeering degrees from the University at Buffalo. He currently serves on the Dean’s Council for the University’s School of Engineering.

Thomas W. Cason

Executive Vice President and COO

Age: 57
Mr. Cason joined the company in August of 2008 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer. He has over 20 years of leadership experience in the aerospace, telecommunications and other industries. Most recently, he held the position of COO of de Morgan Communities. Prior experience includes Director of Operations for Honeywell Aerospace in Sarasota Florida, Director of Planning and Product Management for Baker Electronics and Director of Operations for Cheetah Technologies. Mr. Cason received an MBA degree in finance and an MS degree in resource planning from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg VA.

Mark Perkins

Executive Vice President

Age: 55
Mr. Perkins joined Aerosonic as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 1998. Prior to joining Aerosonic, he was Vice President of Marketing at Gulf Aerospace, Inc. from 1992 to 1998. He has over 20 years of experience in various segments of the aviation industry. While at Gulf Aerospace, Mr. Perkins was elected to the Aerosonic Board of Directors.

Kevin J. Purcell

Executive Vice President and CFO

Kevin J. Purcell was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Aerosonic Corporation in May, 2009. Prior to joining Aerosonic, Mr. Purcell was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Herley Industries, Inc., a NASDAQ-traded defense company, since 2006 and he also served as Vice President Finance, Contracts and Compliance for Smiths Aerospace LLC, Customer Services Americas, from 2002 through 2006. Previously, Mr. Purcell served other companies in senior financial positions including Vice President and CFO, Controller and Director. In addition, he worked for a number of years in the Government Contractor Advisory Services group of KPMG. Mr. Purcell received his B.B.A. degree in financial accounting from Iona College and his M.B.A. degree from Pepperdine University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant.
